Gary was searching for a Sapphire Valley townhouse. He chose a beautiful townhouse in River Chase near the Sapphire National Golf Course. Albert and Maria were looking for a large lot with mountain views on which to build their dream home in the Cashiers area. I was very pleased with the way Fran handled my closing. Being that I am not physically in the area, I had concerns about being kept informed. Fran was excellent at providing me with updates all along the process. I felt comfortable that she was looking out for my best interest, and I am even more wowed by the fact that she has continued to provide me with updates on the area since after the closing - via emails, hardcopies of newspaper articles, etc. That's unreal service!
